Day 2 Explore Hanoi! Its DNA is a mix of Asia and France; many of its wide boulevards have a European feel, combined with a lively and exotic Old Quarter. We take a walking tour through the old quarter, visiting the beautiful Ngoc Son Temple nearby Hoan Kiem Lake, followed by a one-hour rickshaw sight-seeing tour (of what? Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum?) . Day 3 Round of golf at King’s Island Golf Club, a 36 holes golf resort in the outskirts of Hanoi, regarded as the most scenic course in North Vietnam. Overnight Hanoi
Day 4 Morning flight and transfer to Hoi An (included in price). This stunning riverside town showcases traditional Vietnam at its very best; a UNESCO World Heritage site, its narrow ancient streets and beautiful elegant buildings are home to shops, galleries and some wonderful restaurants which are illuminated at night by thousands of colourful lanterns – its truly stunning! After time to settle in to your beachside hotel, enjoy an early evening street-food walking tour through Hoi An’s bustling Old Town to sample some of the stunning cuisine that the area is renowned for (we recommend the Banh Mi and White Rose Dumplings!) . Day 5 Round of golf at Montgomerie Links – lying close to historic Da Nang Beach, this course has been rated in the Top 10 in Asia. Overnight Hoi An.
Day 6 Relax by the beach, or maybe further explore the area; take a leisurely cycling excursion through the beautiful surrounding countryside, or perhaps a late afternoon rivercruise to enjoy the scenery and the stunning sunsets. Overnight Hoi An.
Day 7 Round of golf at Da Nang Golf – a stunning course offering breathtaking views of the Marble Mountains, East Sea and Cham Islands. Overnight Hoi An
Day 8 A half-day trip to My Son Sanctuary, the capital and religious centre of the former Champa Kingdom; this spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Site houses dozens of red brick towers and temples that lie in an enchanting setting in a lush jungle valley. Return to Hoi An for a final afternoon on the beach. Overnight Hoi An.
Day 9 Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to downtown hotel (included in price). Enjoy an afternoon tour of this fast-paced and frenetic city – including a visit to the fascinating War Remnants Museum, a vivid reminder of Vietnam’s recent past. Overnight Ho Chi Minh City
Day 10 Round of golf at Long Thanh Golf Club , set in former rice paddies and scenic countryside surrounding Ho Chi Minh City, it is regarded at the premier course in South Vietnam. Overnight Ho Chi Minh City
Day 11 Enjoy a relaxing day as we explore the fabulous Mekong Delta by boat – we will glide along peaceful riverways, with a number of stops to observe how life is along this vast maze of rivers, swamps and islands, home to floating markets, Khmer pagodas and villages surrounded by rice paddies. Overnight Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 12 Round of golf at Vietnam Golf & Country Club – a wonderful 36 hole resort carved out the woodland, lying close to the city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 13 Transfer to airport for flight back home.
