Valle del Este

Designed by José Canales, arguably Spain’s finest golf architect, Valle del Este offers a tremendous challenge to high and low handicappers alike. The course has a spectacular setting within the dry desert landscape of Almeria, but this means that there is no rough, just sand, rock and the occasional cactus should you miss the fairway! The wide, generous fairways are deceptive, as bunkers and lakes lie in wait to trap the unwary. The raised tees, bordered by volcanic rock, provide a stimulating start to every hole and a rather surreal ambiance.

Desert Springs

Europe’s first and finest desert course. Situated in spectacular desert scenery, this Arizona style course is surrounded by cactus, rocks and flowering plantations. The course is characterised by wide fairways, however, each hole has features that can be brought into play – the springs, watercourses, dry riverbeds, rock and cactus areas and bunkers which are strategically located to challenge the skills of golfers of all standards. Combine this with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and desert terrain, and Desert Springs is an experience not to be missed!

Mundo Aguilon

This undulating course has a spectacular setting, being built over several ravines amidst the stunning scenery of the Sierra Aguilon mountains. Careful shot selection is required to negotiate these ravines, as well as the 100 bunkers and 6 lakes on the course. An enjoyable course which offers something for low and high handicappers alike. Buggy recommended.
